Question Strategies to practice before going to casino

Hey everyone!

I was wondering if anyone had special strategies for practicing before they go out to casinos? I went out to turning stone last week and ended up losing quite a bit of money. I was thinking about just practicing more cards in person, or practicing on Download Games & Play Now! > A Free Game Daily! | GameHouse because there\'s a ton of card games on there... but is it really effective? do you guys have any other websites you practice on for no money?

BattersUp. I live in Biloxi, MS, the LV of the South and I can tell you one thing for certain. If you are gambling at casinos for entertainment that's fine, and you will have some winning sessions and some losers. But, if you are trying to do your best to actually have more winners than losers...there's only one way to go. From a purely statistical perspective, apart from poker where there is actual skill involved in beating your other non-house competitors, craps is the only way to go. In BJ, even with relatively advanced game theory AND maintaining a mid-level counting strategy, you can reduce the houses edge only to around 4.2%. Craps, on the other hand affords you much better odds. The casino edge in craps, depending upon max odds, can be reduced to less than 2%. In rare cases where 100X odds are allowed you can get this down to less than 1.1%. Most are now at a 10X max odds. STay away from ALL prop bets. The maximum return strategy in craps is really very, very simple. Play minimum allowed on all pass bets and /or come bets and play MAX odds behind..ALWAYS! The odds you take is the ONLY BET IN THE HOUSE where the player is paid exactly what they should be paid, i.e., TRUE odds. For example, after the comeout let's look at a point of 4. There are exactly THREE ways to make the four 3/1, 2/2, and 1/3 that will make you a winner. There are SIX ways to roll that nasty 7 out, i.e., 1/6, 2/5, 3/4, 4/3, 5/2, and 1/6. So, after the comeout, the statistical probability of hitting the 4 is exactly one half the chances of seeing the 7. When you win on the 4, they pay you even money of your, say, $5 line bet, but they pay you 2 to 1 on your odds bet. With $5 on the line and $50 behind, the 4 winner 4 will return a profit of $105 since they pay you TRUE odds of 2:1 on your bet behind. Odds are paid at true odds regardless of whether the point is 4, 10, 5, 9. or 6,8. This odds bet IS THE ONLY BET IN A CASINO IN WHICH THEY PAY YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU SHOULD BE PAID WHEN YOU WIN. You will hear people talk about having a great BJ strategy which will will more often than it loses. WRONG. Since casino have stopped running more than a 1/3 to 1/2 of a shoe before reshuffling, BJ, like most casino games cannot be beaten over the long haul. Neither can craps (since you don't get true odds returned on your line bet AND the casino can count on net winning from ALL prop bets), but you do have a better chance. Hope this helps.

Although very boring to play baccarat has the best odds in the house.you just play player or banker and you get 2 to 3 cards and whoever is closest to 9 wins.they have some rules as if the banker flops 7 and you flop 3 banker wins or some other crazy rules but in terms of odds this game is more in your favor than any other casino game.roulette has the worst although to me the most fun

I play craps all the time.I just went to foxwoods last week and i am going to mohegan sun and foxwoods again this week.I go to play the card tournies but play craps in the middle.

You should practice swearing under your breath because you will get very frustrated but dont want to give out bad energy.I won 4800 and the person that went with me won around 1000 but everytime someone 7nd out he would swear or hit the table it looks childish so practice patience.
