Just looking at them talking after the match, i think Venus knew it meant more to Serena and she gave it to her. It is a lot easier when you know both trophies will stay in the family either way. No way venus would have lost to anyone else but since it was Serena, it just didn't mean as much!

Yep. Had a feeling yesterday that Venus might lay down for her sister. Never again will I bet a match between these two. Venus acted like she didn't care, competitive edge lossed. Maybe daddy had something to say before the match started.
